1. Eligibility

  • The App Plaza Wallet Rewards Program ("Program") is available to all registered users of the App Plaza app who are 18 years of age or older.

  • Participation is void where prohibited by law.

2. How Rewards Are Earned

  • Users earn wallet credits through frequent and qualifying purchases made directly within the App Plaza app.

  • Reward amounts are determined based on purchase frequency, amount spent, and patterns analyzed by our backend system.

  • This is not based on chance or random selection. Rewards are calculated using a fixed backend logic and are not influenced by user performance or luck.

  • No additional fee or entry cost is required to participate in the rewards program.

3. Reward Credits & Redemption (Manual Withdrawal Process)

  • Wallet credits earned through this program are monetary equivalents tied to the user's transaction currency.

    • 1 credit = 1 unit of the user's local currency
      (e.g., ₹1 credit = ₹1 INR, $1 credit = $1 USD, €1 credit = €1 EUR, etc.).

    • Credits are earned through qualifying purchases and can be:

      • Redeemed for eligible purchases within the App Plaza app, or

      • Withdrawn manually upon user request, provided minimum withdrawal thresholds are met.

    Manual Withdrawal Process:

    • Users may request to withdraw credits by submitting valid bank account details through the app's withdrawal form.

    • Each withdrawal request is subject to verification by the App Plaza team before processing.

    • The minimum amount required for withdrawal is [e.g., ₹100 or $10].

    • Withdrawal processing time may vary (typically within 5–10 business days).

    • App Plaza reserves the right to deny withdrawal requests in case of suspected misuse or violation of program terms.

4. Program Transparency

  • All reward criteria and calculations are system-controlled and monitored, with changes made based on user behavior and engagement trends.

  • Users will be notified in-app or email of any major changes to reward rates or structures.

  • No part of the program involves lotteries, games of chance, spins, or contests.

5. Reward Expiry

  • Wallet credits may expire if unused within 1 month of being credited or subject to user request and discretion of the App plaza team.

  • Expiry details will be emailed to the respective users.

6. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to revoke wallet credits in case of:

    • Fraudulent activity (e.g., fake orders, multiple accounts)

    • Abuse of the purchase system

    • Breach of App Plaza's Terms of Service

  • Final decision rests with the App Plaza team.

7. Termination or Modification

  • App Plaza reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the rewards program at any time.

  • Users will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any termination.

  • Any existing wallet balance at the time of termination may be redeemed within the next 15 days, subject to conditions above.

8. Data Use & Privacy

  • User data is used only to analyze purchase patterns and deliver tailored rewards.

  • We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes related to rewards will be governed under Indian laws.

  • Any decisions made by App Plaza related to rewards are final and binding.
